Stormy Montana‘s album, “Someone Like Me” hit the internet for download November, 15. I gave it a listen, and wow! This 16 year old of Dresden, TN sure can sing!
Stormy has already sold 7,000 physical copies, with 2,000 being on the first night! One of my favorites on the album is “Sing This City Home”.”We will sing this city home, remember those who’ve come and gone, sweetest song I’ve ever known”.
Stormy shows some of her wild side in her song “Heart on Ice” There’s a voice that tells her to do something that she might regret. “Just one kiss and I could soon forget that there ain’t no ring on my finger yet, my mama always dreamed that I’d be wearing white, better put my heart on ice.”
There’s really not a song on Stormy’s album that I dislike. A couple other favorites of mine is “Ripple in the Water” and ” A Woman Scorned”. The majority of the songs are mostly up-beat, which is what I prefer anyways. Unlike a lot of songs out there in country music today, Stormy’s music isn’t what I would call “pop-country”. Just simply, country.
You can hear the 15 fully produced tracks that are on the album at www.stormymontana.com there you will also find the links to purchase the album online. Also, follow Stormy on twitter. www.twitter.com/stormymontana

She’s pretty good.
‘A Woman Scorned’ is a cover of a Lady Antebellum song.
