Wanna know who I think is going to skyrocket their careers in 2010?
Wanna know why I think this….
They have all been named as performers for the CRS 2010 New Faces of Country Music Show.
The New Faces of Country Music Show is one of the most anticipated events of the annual Country Radio Seminar. Five emerging artists that have achieved significant success at Country radio during the qualification period are selected to perform at the event. Each act plays a 20-minute set during the show, which officially closes CRS every year.
Lady Antebellum was one of the performers from last years New Faces Showcase and look at them now! They are our CMA Vocal Group of the Year! And as if that wasn’t enough Taylor Swift, Sugarland, Blake Shelton, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley and Keith Urban were all New Faces performers at one time, and that’s only in the last decade!”
So keep your ears wide open for music from these five acts. They are sure to please and I am sure that if history repeats itself we will hear a lot from them in 2010.

I can not wait to see where Love and Theft’s career takes them. They have come so far just this year, im so proud of them.
I agree that each of these artists have their own special offering to the genre. Of your listing I am especially partial to our homestate guy Randy Houser. However as a note, James Otto performed at the CRS this year as well, but for whatever reason we still have not seen his career blast off. Having a slow progression as opposed to immediate to the top overwhelming success may be the even better journey. James has earned respect of so many in the biz and us Ottomaniacs have the feeling the slow cooking of his skills and contacts will ensure him a lifetime career in country music. Cannot wait to see what 2010 brings for Otto as well as the rest of these talented artists Randy, Justin, Chris and Love N Theft!!!!!
I’m still surprised James still hasn’t taken off. He has such a great voice, and his songs didn’t appear to be anything that wouldn’t fit in the current radio market. I don’t care for any of these current new artists, but I love the past artists. I’m really loving Lady A’s new material, and they are an awesome live act. I see them becoming superstars in 2010!
I begin your wesbite on Google and appredhend a few of youe added entires Nice Stuff. I’m searching adfvanced to account added from you.
