Billboard has announced it’s big winners of 2009. And the Female Artist of the Year goes too….Taylor Swift! Shock me shock me shock me with that deviant behavior…(pardon my 90′s flashback and Empire Records reference, I’m on meds.)  Oh…Male Artist of the Year goes to Kanye West….um…awkward.
