Kim had a Fast Ryde/Luke Bryan double header this past weekend in North Carolina.  An already die-hard Luke Bryan fan, Kim was a Fast Ryde virgin…but not anymore.

OH…. Country Girl and Tawny – saw Fast Ryde two nights in a row this weekend and LOOOOOVED them! What talent and genuinely nice guys Jody, James and all the guys are! They rocked the Blind Horse Saloon in Greenville, SC, opening for Luke Bryan on Friday and then “did it again” Saturday night in Charlotte, NC! The crowd loved them and I have to say I really like their sound – I am, after all, officially a rocker chic and they definitely can rock some country tunes and then some!

Love their cover of Tom Petty’s “Dream” and also “Sold” – watching them sing this I wondered how one can breathe and sing this fast song at the same time! Their original music is super! Make it Rain, their current single is a beautiful song – I absolutely can’t stop listening to it! I enjoyed the entire set which consisted of: Dream, Cashville, Ridin’ Dirty, Sold, Top Down, Old School, Outlaws, Deep / Hollow, Bartender, Rock – World, Make It Rain, That Thang, Krunk, and Country. So glad they played for so long and I can’t wait for their cd to come out!

It seems Kim was so enthralled by some new music by a new group, Fast Ryde, that she failed to mention the awesomeness that is Luke Bryan…The nerve…
