There take on the Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks breakup is that the recently single Maksim Chmerkovskiy from Dancing with the Stars is the reason for the split.
According to an article in the November 30th edition Chuck reportedly kicked Julianne to the curb after discovering that she had been secretly “sexting” her fellow DWTS pro behind his back.
Publicly, Chuck and Julianne are saying the split was ‘mutual’ and they simply ‘needed some time apart, but the truth is that Chuck had been been using Julianne’s cell phone and discovered a slew of sexy text messages that she and Maks had been sending each other,” says the tipster, who asked not to be identified.
Julianne broke down and confessed to the romance — saying that it began with Maksim while she was in L.A., the National Inquirer writes. “It crushed Chuck,” says the tattle. “Julianne may look like an angel, but she’s a tough cookie. Chuck decided then and there to call it quits.”
So take that unidentified source and where it came from to come up with your own conclusion.

Does her last name say it all?
The only time I’ve ever seen Julianne happy is with Apolo Ohno.. She’s a nicea girl. Don’t make her sound like tramp, I watcha them during season 4 – they seema happy. I don’ta see that smile since.
I don’t buy this story. I think Julianne and Maks are just friends. They’ve known each other a long time in the dance world. But whatever the reason, it’s for the best that this relationship ended. I never understood why the country music world tried to make such a big deal out of them being a couple. I always thought they seemed pretty awkward together somehow. Pretty obvious that it wasn’t going to last for a lot of reasons.
Who cares?
I love Chuck Wicks and was upset when I first heard of the breakup because I have seen him in concert, on TV, etc. and you could tell he was really in love with Julianne. However, seeing more about her in the media these days, I’m thinking he is probably better off to find someone his own age who wants the things he does. She’s way too young and far from ready to settle down and start a family. I hope he finds someone who shares his values and that loves him for who he is.
