My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with my Grandkids.. They are so much fun to spend time with . And they Love their Grandma !!! Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone !
My favorite part of christmas is being able to spend time and be with my family that i normally don’t get to be with. We all eat too much. play games, tell stories and open presents. I always look forward to that all year long.
My favorite part of Christmas is leaving Oreo’s for Santa and a glass with a note that the milk is in the refridgerator. My son loves this part! This way santa has ice cold milk to wash down his cookies. The other favorite of mine is spending a whole day baking with my 11 year old son. He wants to own a bakery when he gets older, so we practice new recipes for him to use in the future! :0)
I am very thankful to have my family.
my favortie part of christmas is that I get to spend time with my 100 year old great grandmother. My family means alot to me. I had a stroke last year and this year I was really sick. It made me reallize that family is more important than anything in the world. Life is so wonderful and family can be the best medicine for health.

I love baking Christmas cookies! I will bake over a dozon types of cookies for 2 days straight. I play Christmas music the entire time (mostly country Christmas music lol). I love how my family passes in and out of the kitchen to snag a cookie, or just to take a whiff of all the tastie treats I have made. It’s such a great time!
My favorite part of Chirstmas is on Christmas Eve when you go to the evening church service and can feel the magic of the miracle of baby Jesus! Second favorite is sitting around the lighted christmas opening gifts and sharing stories with Christmas carols playing in the background!! Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Chirstmas everyone!
My favorite part of the holidays is getting a truck load of family and friends with hot chocolate, and driving thru a local church’s live presentation called “The Road to Bethlehem” and neighborhoods looking at Christmas lights on homes. We listen to and sing along with the Christmas songs on the radio. It is always a lovely evening.
I bake cookies and the kids can’t wait for them even tho they are grown with kids of their own and we all get together christmas eve and spend time with my dad he’s glade to see them and we eat and talk and i give the grandkids their gifts i thinks seeing their smiling and excite look on their face’s when they open up a gift is the best present for me
my favorite of christmas is spending time with my family and grandchildren and seeing there eyes light up in joy .
My favorite part of the holidays is all the stories we tell from past Christmas’s or thanksgivings, and baking cookies and sweets with the family. It is always fun to pose for pictures that go on our Christmas cards that we do at Thanksgiving. Our cows, horses and our two dogs may not appreciate posing for the pictures, but they make the holidays complete being in our Christmas cards, especially our dog shadow(he is very photogenic).
my favorite part of christmas is watching my grandchildren open there christmas present and watch there eye light up and spend time with family and freinds and love cooking dinner.

I love Joey and Rory!! I grew up in Alexandria, IN and Joey was my babysitter growing up
My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with my family cause their are so many of us that we dont get to spend a lot of time together. But every Christmas Eve at my parents house, Me and the rest of my 4 siblings and all of our children 13 total all get together for an amazing turkey dinner and Christmas presents and we all watch Christmas Vacation which has been a tradition since I can remember!!! Last yr and this yr I dont get to be there cause my husband is in the Army and we cant afford nor do we have vacation time to go home. So I will be there in spirit and I will enjoy Christmas with my husband and 3 wonderful girls, 1 of which it will be her first Christmas!!
Happy Holidays!!!
Jessica
My favorite part of Christmas has always been going to my Grandparents home on Christmas eve. The whole family would get together. A group of us kids would go with my Uncle through the small town of canton, PA caroling. We would go to home of people that out parents knew. We would then go to an old folks home and go through there sining away. We would end it by going to the Churc and singing carols with some of the people still remaining there. One family would make sure we always had hot chocolate to keep us warm. After my grandparens passed away we now do it at my Aunt and Uncles home in town there. I have been caroling probably about 48 years or more. The one year I missed was when I gave birth to my son on Dec. 23., 1982. When my children were old enough, they have also cone with us. Now I have a grandson who is 3 and will soon join the voices on Christmas even caroling in Canton, PA.
My favorite part of the holidays is getting my kids up in the morning so they can see that “Santa” came and watching their faces and how excited they are. The magic of Christmas comes out in kids, because they believe so much and are truely excited. I let them take turns opening presents so they can have their moment…
Joey and Rory, thank you for everything you do and for your music. My favorite part of Christmas is the grandkids faces Christmas morning and the feeling I get after volunteering regardless of how tired I am. I love the house late morning Christmas day when everyone starts arriving and our home is full of laughter and great story-telling. God bless you and your family this holiday season.
My favorite part of the holidays is spending time with my family,we always have a nice dinner and then we sit around the christmas tree listening and singing christmas songs, then we open our gifts and then we go to see other friends and we deliver our gifts to them that we bought for them.Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas Everyone…
I love Christmas, but more than that, I love Joey & Rory. So much so that I’ve created a fansite dedicated to them. I hope you’ll come check it out and maybe even join the forum! http://www.joeyandroryfans.com
Thanks!
My favorite thing about Christmas is family. Our Uncle Moe got sick with pancreiaic cancer a few years ago and he has had a hard time with it. It is a true blessing we still have him with us. So each year we have with him is something to look forward to. We have always spent Christmas surrounded with family and it really means a lot to me. But it means a lot more knowing we will have another memory of Christmas with him. He seems to just be living his life day to day and he has his good times and his bad. But thank god he is doing ok right now and I am so looking forward to spending Christmas at their house this year with all our family to. May God Bless You all this blessed season. Joey & Rory is a couple to be proud of. They stay true to who they are and I for one would feel blessed to have their Christmas CD.
My favorite part of Christmas is figuring out who we are going to Secret Santa and then planning the events for 12 days. Last year I took three teenagers with me (because they could run faster than me!) and they had an absolute blast!! All of the gifts were home made or very simple things like an orange and a message attached “Orange you glad we’re neighbors”. Ever since I was little I remember doing something for the neighbors or friends like making cookies, or finding a family in need. Christmas is the best!
Christmas will mean new traditions for me this year. I am looking forward to being with my family and lucky enough to spend another Christmas with my Grandparents this year. However, I will be spending this Christmas also with my new family! I have been dating, I think the person I was meant to be with my whole life, and have come to love his 5 year old son. I have no children of my own, so it has been exciting and a challenge to learn being a “mother” this past year. But, I am so looking forward to seeing his face light up when Santa comes to visit and watch him enjoy Christmas the way I always did!! And of course, listening to all the Christmas music and all of us singing along as usual!!
My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with my family.. They are so much fun to spend time with . Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone !
I love Joey and Rory.
The best part of Christmas is watching the kids on Christmas morning as they see the gifts under the tree. The next best is being with family and friends. I must be off, love, Miller
My favorite part of Christmas is being lazy with family! After all the gifts are open and everyone has stuffed themselves full of turkey it hits. Everyone is lazy playing with there new gadgets, trying on new close, and then a nap! No shopping or running around anymore just going with the flow. Nothing like no plans and a great family get together.
Every year a neighbor decorates the whole front of his house with old Christmas decorations. Each year it is always different. This man spends a whole month sitting it up. We started a traditionof going to his house, signing his guestbook and spending a couple of hours looking at everything. He ask for nothing to help pay his electric bill except not to litter and pass the word around that the display is up.He really enjoys watching the peopls faces when they see something from their past that was popular when they were little, especially the antimated figurines.
Being with my wife and best friend, Cindy. Giving, anonimously, to a stranger in need.
My favorite part of christmas is gettin up early the morning after Thanksgiving gathering up the kids, dogs and friends(with all our Funky Christmas hats on) go down to the christmas parade in the city, then after the grand finally when Santa goes by we, all head to the tree farm to pick our tree.We seem to always want different types so we ALWAYS end up playing MARCO-POLO to find eachother in the fields.we all get a candycane and cocoa on the way out and then we head home to put it up and chop off the tops because the men OVER estimated AGAIN…LOL.Then we stop and look around and you can feel it…..The Christmas Spirit is coming….
My favorite part of Christmas is seeing the smiles on my kids faces when they get up and realize Santa has been there. No matter how old they get they still have a smile.
My favorite part of Christmas, is going to see this house that goes all out for christmas..They do a little Mini Christmas Show for everyone and it is awesome…And people has asked me what i wanted for christmas and i have told them nothing, i have all that i need..:)

My favorite part about Christmas is spending time with my family and the music!! I also love some of the candy!!
My favorite part of the Christmas holiday is celebrating the birth of our Savior and showing good will towards others.
My favorite part of Christmas is getting to go home and spend time with my family! Being away at college around Christmas sucks and I’m so excited to get to go home for awhile!
My favorite thing about Christmas spending time with my family and watching all those old Christmas cartoons!
My favorite part of Christmas is getting to spend time with the people who I only get to see a few times a year.
My favorite part of Christmas? I love working those long days right before Christmas, just so I can get some extra money to buy toys for the kids that I work with on my days off. There is nothing better than buying someone something that has very little just to see their expression. I also love going to those special family dinners, and the little things, like Black Friday shopping, driving around the park to see the Christmas lights, seeing a long line of children waiting to see Santa at the mall, A Christmas Story marathon, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
My favorite thing about Christmas is seeing the kids get excited when they open their gifts, all the decorations, music, crowds and smells. I love taking pictures during Christmas and looking back at them through out the year, and of course I love rememering what Christmas is about, the birth of Jesus Christ.
My favorite part of Christmas this year will be watching my little niece. She turned a year old in October so this will be her first Christmas that she will be big enough to enjoy it all!! I can’t wait to watch her open her gifts and try all the holiday foods!!! I also love singing the Christmas carols!!! I LOVE to sing and the Christmas hyms are so pretty!! And of course spending time w/ family! You only have one real family and this is an important time of year for everyone. God Bless you Joey and Rory and God Bless our troops!!
My favorite thing about Christmas was to gather with family each year. Originally we are from Michigan, so each Christmas my husband the kids and I would go to Michigan and celebrate Christmas We are so blessed that we were able to celebrate Christmas with my Grandparents and Great Aunt for so many years. My brother would also come from California each year. My brother passed from lung cancer in January of 2007 at age 50. They are gone now, but we talk about all of the memories we had with them . they are so precious and we are so fortunate that we have these Christmases on DVD’s to watch. They are still with us in our hearts.
Mom has moved here to Chapel Hill Tn 5 years ago since Grandma passed at age 93 and Great Aunt at age 100 (sisters) they passed just one month apart from each other
Also love driving around looking at all of the Holiday decorations. And of course celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Merry Christmas
My parents and I moved to Texas from Indiana about 11 years ago, leaving behind all our family; grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, everyone. We only get to see the family at Christmas so we really look forward to going each year. We have 4 drivers in the family so instead of flying or driving and stopping at hotels on our way, we just rotate drivers every few hours and drive straight through which is about 24 hours in the car. It does get a bit tense at moments, but for the most part, it’s a great time for me to bond with my parents and sisters. It’s a lot of fun!
My favorite things about christmas is the whole atmosphere it brings. The Love, Joy, Sharing and giving….the time the families spend together and making new memories. We need to cherish every moment we have with our loved ones. I love the feeling you get when you ~give~ to someone. Giving to those who are in need and to those who aren’t..Just doing something special for someone else….Sittin around listening to christmas music, telling stories of past memories, and keeping those who have passed on alive in our hearts. Watching the children run up the snowy hill along side the barking dogs just to jump back on that sled for a moment of fun…Baking inside a warm cozy kitchen with the nippy air outside while its snowing on a snow covered lawn. Gathing snow for that homemade snow icecream the children love so much…taking a moment just to breath it all in and look out the window at the funny snowmen the children have put together , and all the impression in the snow from the snowball fights ….Fixing big dinners and gettin together just to enjoy each other. Hot cocoa and laughter and smiles christmas morning singing Happy Birthday to JESUS and thanking him for everything…as the children begin to open there gifts.
My favorite part of the holiday season is decorating the Christmas tree. We use an artificial one, so my husband sets it up and strings the lights. Then our daughter and I sort through the ornaments and decorate it while Christmas music fills the house and the yule log DVD plays on the widescreen TV. Coconut milk hot chocolate with rice milk whipped cream is a must too
I can not wait!!
Joey and Rory were my hands down favorite on Can You Duet! My favorite part of Christmas is seeing the joy on my sisters’ faces when they get to open their gifts on Christmas morning. They’re 5 and 8 and their happiness is what I wake up to see on Christmas morning. That’s what makes every Christmas so special for me.
Mom always makes a breakfast casserole and it’s my absolute favorite! We always let the girls explore their Santa gifts before we eat breakfast. We are very relaxed on Christmas morning and that’s one thing I adore about my family!
My favorite time of Christmas is when the Magic of Christmas and the Birth of Christ all come together on Christmas morning. The joy and love and spirit of giving invades everyone’s heart and the true Spirit of Christmas takes over everyone’s actions. From grown ups to little children and everyone in between they have a joyus look on their face and in their heart for one thing and one thing only, Christmas. That is what I enjoy most about Christmas.
My favorite part of Christmas in definitely the music. What other time of year or event can bring together so many different styles of music. Joey and Rory’s Christmas songs are a perfect example of that Holiday feeling!
time with family, friends and the pets, and how much love there is to give. and to help others in need, hoildays are the best time to help people.
My favorite part of Christmas is when we go to my grandma’s house on Christmas night. Between all the aunts, uncles, cousins, and great grandkids plus the occasion guest that braves the party there can be almost 50 people in my grandma’s house. It’s amazing that things are still done the way they were when I was little, the only except is my grandfather is no longer here, and I, at 22, get to sit in front of my grandma and help her open all of her presents.

My favorite part of Christmas has become making all my family’s and friends gifts. Over the years, I gave gift cards or money, but whats in a gift card, not very many memories. Its not like my nieces are going pick up that card ten years from now and say, “oh yah, auntie Barbara game me this”. So, I decided home made gifts from now on. Last year it was pocket books, this year, I’m making hand made quilts for all the girls in my family. Triple Irish roses for Catie, hot pink for Sydney, red/black harts for Nicole (shes in college), Reto purple for Nicole’s room mate, spring green splash for Becky, Baby blues for my dear friend Doreen, who turned 91 this year, and last but not least, Brittney, she like the colors black and green. never made a quilt out of those colors, it should be interesting. lol I think people need to go back to the way we use to gift give, more with the heart and not the wallet. I have a quilt from my grandmother (Barbara), it reminds me of all the wonderful memories and stories she would tell me as a child. That’s what I hope me quilts will do for my family and friends, make a life time of memories.
My favorite part of Christmas is not only being with family and friends but the feeling that is in the air.It might be corny but it is the little things, that people are a little nicer, hearts are opened to possibilities and there is a feeling that fills me with hope…
After moving from the US to Norway 10 years ago I have really grown to love Christmas in Norway. The warmth of Christmas is amazing. I love the crisp sound of the new fallen snow, the Northern Lights, and even though it is so cold outside, indoors it is warm and cozy. We have blended our American and Norwegian traditions and start early by decorating gingerbread houses, making christmas beer, and decorating the christmas tree (early by Norwegian standards). Christmas is not one day but lasts from the 23rd of December through the 1st of January. There isn’t just one thing to love, it is the experience as a whole.
my favorite part of christmas is spending time with family and friends. the christmas show that the kids put on at our church and all the great music and lights. have a great holiday season everyone
