OK, Taylor Swift is cute, writes nice songs for teenagers, but she should not have won Entertainer of the Year. Her voice is not strong enough yet; she was so off key last night it made me cringe. Keith Urban was certainly the more deserving ETOY nominee. His musicality is brilliant and his connection to an audience is superb. He should have won this award. Shame on the CMA voters. Also, Carrie Underwood or Miranda should have won for Female Vocalist. Both have much stronger and clearer pipes than Taylor. AND, they sing in the right key whether on a record or in a live performance. Other than these gripes, I thought the show was fantastic. Great performances and fantastic hosting by Carrie and Brad.
i think taylor swift deserves the entertainer of the year..but not the female vocalist.

Brad Paisley won Male Vocalist of the Year last night at the Country Music Awards! I’m so happy for him. He also did a really great job hosting with Carrie Underwood. They seemed like the perfect match to host the show. They also both performed which was really awesome too. Carrie changed her outfit like a million times, but each time she looked so good!
