No complaints from me… We know there are already people talking about Kid Rock having been picked for this honor. What are your thoughts?

What are my thoughts? I’m thinking that The Music City Walk of Fame should be changed to The Music City Walk of ‘Shame’ once Kid Rock’s star is revealed.
Personally, I think it shows a bit of disrespect to legends like Dolly, Charlie, Tootsie & Ernest who have worked their asses off for years to represent country music the best that they can only to be honored the same day as Kid Rock, who has only had two “somewhat” country songs. I just don’t get it.
Kid Rock doesnt deserve this kind of recognition. Maybe he’ll change his name to Kid Country and stop smoking dope now.
This Nashville Scene is getting more ridiculous everyday…..you have Kid Rock in the Hall of Fame and Taylor Swfit winning entertainer of the year most likely. im going home .
I agree with all of the above posts. As Travis Tritt sang, “Country Ain’t Country No More”. Sad, Sad.
I just started enjoying County Music thanks to Kid Rock! That’s how it started for me, I was never a country fan or listened to any of it and Kid Rock, Rascal Flatts, and Taylor Swift have now landed on my list of talented artists.
