GAC.com has a great write-up on Jake Owen and his current sex-symbol status.  It appears that although Jake is ‘enjoying ‘ the attention to say the last, his mother isn’t too thrilled. Recently, they saw a photo of Jake playin a gig, and dangling from his mic stand like shiney new ornaments were 40 bras.

She just shook her head,” Jake says, “like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me. I can’t believe my son…I raised my son to do — he’s out there doin’ this!?’ I said, ‘Mom, look, I must be doin’ somethin’ right.’”
