Fans of the Locash Cowboys who have been waiting patiently for new music will soon be very happy – the This Is How We Do It EP will be available at all digital music outlets on October 6th, including iTunes and Amazon.
The EP will be a glimpse of their full album release which will hit stores early next year, and features fan favorites “You Got Me,” “Fresh Off The Farm” and “Right Here In Front Of You.”

Okay, seriously…these guys are a joke and i don’t know why you make such a big deal about them. They are fake and are the most sexist, annoying jerks I have ever met. Okay, I have never seen them open for any of these people and I follow these three people alot. They also claim they stole a song from Rascal Flatts, a song called keep in mind. Now they never did, I asked Jay myself and he laughed and said, nope we never even had that song.
If you could catch them on stage sober that would be a first. I mean come on, when you FORGET the lyrics to your own stupid song cause you are so wasted that you can barely stand up straight. Also, if you catch them live you can see that they are not even plugged in. A trained eye can see that. They may have battery packs, but they are not plugged in. These guys are a joke and they will not go anywhere.
It is obvious to anyone reading this that jealousy raises its ugly head – but hey – the First Amendment does give you the right to bash anyone you want – if that is what you need to make you feel superior.
Antilocash – I suspect you didn’t get what you were after when you knew them – being selective does not mean anyone is “in it for the skinny chicks”. Many women whom they talk to, chat with, and sing to onstage during a show are not “skinny chicks”, but they are not stalkers either – they are fans…and some are good friends as I see them after the shows spending time with them and chatting with and hugging them as well. And I have seen them after the fan lines and there have been no reference to “ducks”.
And Charles Murphy — hmmm, try as I might – I don’t remember the name? Are you famous? Do you get written up online or in magazines and do you travel thousands of miles doing shows? Enlighten me please? You might be a famous douchebag the world has not heard of yet?
I’ve read your posts on many LoCash sites over the net – not just this one – it appears you both have axes to grind and you’ve made it a priority to grind them anywhere you can find a site that actually posts positive reviews about the band – wow – there are a lot out there – sure you got them all?
I have no idea what the band was like before 2007, but I’ve watched the band for 2 years now. Not once have I seen then drunk, every time when I am in front or to the side of the stage they are not only plugged in but I’ve watched sound check and noticed they never unplugged and honey – I have a trained eye as I’ve been in the business end of country music and rock for some years. As for the band – if you bothered to research them individually instead of bashing so quickly you’d find amazing talent on that stage.

I agree with Charles and Anti-Locash. I have been to many shows as well. I have been to almost 15 states to see them play and I gotta tell you Annie, you are living in a dream world. These guys are class actors. I have been around when they have made their comments about certain fans and I have heard them both with my ears say nasty things about those who are not skinny like me. I have heard a few members in the bad refer to these not so favorable fans as “ducks” and I have heard band members quack at these people. Frankly I am turned off by them. They are disgusting as men, and they are unplugged. Chris told me himself it is all just an act. I also recall Preston saying to me that “They are like little strippers, you gotta keep the women happy to make the money”. Annie, I am sorry if you feel that they are being basjed, but these guys are really a joke. How many shows have you been too? I have video of them drunk on stage trying to sing while there is a room full of “fans”. I also have pictures as well. You do not have a trained eye, cause dear they are not plugged in. Have you ever noticed how preston never plugs in? HE also plays the same cords over and over? My husband plays in Rascal Flatts and they even have comments about Chris and Preston. It is pretty bad when a high flying act like Rascal Flatts makes fun of Chris and Preston. You know they are not going to take off as your little heart desires. Annie, you need to wake up and stalk, I mean follow someone else.

To Antilocash and Charles Murphy ~ didn’t anyone ever tell you, “If you don’t have something nice to say, say nothing at all” ? If you truly believed what you wrote, you would say nothing at all because you could care less what they say or do, where they play, how they are doing etc. You would not waste your time following them. Anyone who continually bashes another person they supposedly do not like is obviously doing so out of envy and jealousy. Plain and simple. The public has spoken. LoCash has a following, they have fans, they are high energy and entertaining. You have a right to your opinion, but it is just that ~ your opinion. Get over it and move on to something you do enjoy.

As for the comment on the song taken back from Rascal Flatts – I heard those words came out of Jeffrey Steele’s own mouth at the Bob Kingsley Showcase in Nashville June 2009. Just sayin’….

The bottom line here is LowCash Cowboys just plain SUCK. Their songs are not catchy…just cliched and PLAIN BAD. They are everything that is wrong with the crap Nashville is putting the support behind to try and grab the quick buck. NO-Class Cowbums are posers and fakers. It is well known and widely reported. I have NEVER seen two morons in the world of music try to HARD to be HIP, but just come across like the people they really are behind the curtain. I would say kinda like the Wizard of Oz, but that would be insulting to the Wizard. And only egotistically douchbags have their bus wrapped with 15-ft images of themselves then keep it parked near or on Music Row…Unlike other acts who may advertise on the tractor trailers and park their buses in actual bus company lots. Maybe we can take Lowcash and Trailer Park Choir and send them as the first music acts to MARS without the benefit of life support. Soon enough, poser acts like that are found out or don’t gain enough ground to matter anyway.
I’ve never even heard of this band…but seriously, why do you guys care so much? They are the ones responsible for their actions and careers; no one else’s opinion is really going to change anything. I don’t believe for one second that this band “stole” a song from Rascal Flatts, either. These guys are the bar-none the biggest band in Nashvile and one of the biggest in the music business as a whole; I doubt their label would allow an amature band to have dibs on ANY song before them. Even if that did happen, it was probably because they had the song on hold and were deciding if they wanted to keep it for an album cut; a song that is on hold can be taken by anyone once an alloted amount of time has passed.
I myself can not stand them at all. But I go to support a good friend who plays in the band. I agree with Charles 100%, they will get found out in due time. K has a point, these guys will talk up anything to get “noticed”. It’s just who they are and you will never change them. The two LoCash fans who posted are die hard fans and you will never change their mind. AntiLocash has a great point and so doe Countrygirl. But, you have to let Karma kick in and it will. They will fade to the wayside.

Wow .. obviously there seems to be some serious jealousy here and immatureness. Locash Cowboys have worked very hard to grow their fan base and have had to learn their mistakes like everyone else. I can tell you about some famous singers today who started in bars, drinking and getting drunk. Although I’ve never seen Locash drunk on stage. Every show that I have been too has been high energy and I have never met 2 compassionate guys like Chris and PB who take the time to put a smile on your face or appreciate your support. They have families who are proud of them and I can tell you they all have been raised with strong faith and love for others. Did your family not teach you respect? I’m afraid to tell you these guys are going to be awesome and are human just like you. Oh ok maybe they are not just like you critical self-centered immature jealous insensitive people. And the nerve of you Countrygirl to tell CalamityAnnie she doesn’t know her music … the woman has experience in this field and obviously you don’t. And to travel to 15 states to see them what’s up with that? There will always be fans who are not supportive and will be unkind. Locash is so far above that! I think they are great! I know them personally. And one from reading comments from Countrygirl… you are a joke young lady. You cant knock talent unless you are jealous. And if your husband, who if he had any mind at all, worked for the Rascal Flatts, he would know that they are a class act, and would never say anything about another artist! Nashville is a small town. THey are to smart for that, unlike you and your sweep the stage and scrape the gum of Joe’s shoe husband.
