After only 14 weeks, Jason Aldean’s “Big Green Tractor” hit number 1 yesterday!  Not only is the song downloaded around 50,000 times per week, but it also rings on 30,000 more cell phones a week, making it the number 2 ringtone.

“This thing has just taken on a life of its own…the crowd used to be screaming for ‘She’s Country’ and ‘Hicktown,” and by the end of the first song, they are holding up “Tractor’ signs and going crazy,” said Aldean. “Back-to-back number one’s…I’ll never get tired of the way this feels! I have so much to be grateful for this year. A big thanks goes to everyone at my label and all my friends at radio, who continue to prove that if we give ‘em something worth playing, they’ll be there for us. You guys rock!”
