We told you last week that Mindy McCready was allegedly up to her malicious ways once again.  She is being accused of stealing a computer hard drive from Kari Ann Penich.  So why, you ask, is that such a big deal.  Well, that hard drive contained a very explicit video with Kari Ann, Eric Dane (Grey’s Anatomy) and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.

The Boot is reporting that Mindy is finally speaking out and says she didn’t do it.

“I did not want to be dragged into all of this,” the troubled country singer tells ‘Access Hollywood.’ “I did not want to be a part of this.”

Mindy goes on to say,

“She is evil personified, she is evil in human form,” Mindy says of Kari Ann. “She will hurt anyone she can to make money.”

Police are now investigating how the tape, to which Eric Dane owns all legal rights, made its way onto the Internet.
