Jimmy Wayne is readily available for his fans.  He has let us into his world like a lot of other country artists refuse to do.  He is a very up close and personal relationship with his fans but as he tells The Boot there are just some lines he won’t cross….or sign rather.

“You always get asked to sign boobs,” reports Jimmy Wayne. “But I don’t sign boobs, money or flags. [laughs] I just look at them!”

The admiration is mutual with Jimmy’s female fans — they’re just looking a little higher.

“Apparently girls like my lips because they are not paper thin,” he tells PEOPLE magazine.
