The CMA Songwriters Series will hit Joe’s Pub in New York City on Thursday, July 30th.  Performing will be songwriters who penned many of the biggest hits in country music. 

Bob DiPiero will host the event…You may know him for hits like “Blue Clear Sky” by George Strait and Faith HIll’s “Take Me As I AM”…Jason Sellers will also perform some of his hits like Reba’s “Strange” and”Some People Change” by Montgomery Gentry.  Billy Currington is also on the bill. 

If you live in New York and can go…get your tickets.  I speak from experience when I say there is NOTHING like seeing the person who wrote a song actually perform it.  Country Girl and I had the privelege of seeing Jason Sellars last month, and he took our breath away.
