Remember Kenny Chesney’s song “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy”? I know you remember it – even if you didn’t love country music you knew that song.
Well, Jimmy Wayne has given a whole new meaning to the songs title. Take a look at this picture he posted via Twitter…….well ladies…..whatcha think?

I do not find him sexy per-say…but his sense of humor is FABULOUS!!! He’s also pretty amazing live, so I’ll take it. LMAO….I’d rather see Jimmy on a tractor attempting to look sexy than Kenny Chesney any day.
I totally agree Tawny!! I find NOTHING sexy about KC. He’s all fake in my book!
You two sound like two nasty witches. And Tawny, maybe you should go to less concerts and go back to school. The term is ‘PER SE”, not “per say”. How embarrassing for you.
Um…MV how embarassing for you that you assume that we give 2 $&%!’s if we spell something incorrectly in a comment….What is so nasty and witch-like about anything in this post or comments? Um…maybe you need to quite commenting and go find a sense of humor…For crying out loud…some of you people are crazy.
Sorry, Twany, but I agree with Mv on this one. I’ve been following this website for awhile, but you tend to take some comments a tad too personal, and act like a lot of people here are too serious or something. You ladies are so great about letting everyone express their opinions, whether it be negative or positive, which I think is refreshing. MV’s comment was just saying you come across as a bit harsh and negative in your posts sometimes. I also think that spelling DOES matter on this website; in my opinion, you should care enough about profffesionalism of your hard work to check it and make sure it’s correct. As I said, none of this is anything personal aganist you, Country Girl or your website; y’all are great at posting current news mixed with opinions.
I’m going to come to Tawny’s defense on this one. The greatest thing about CMTT is that everyone is free to express their thoughts and opinions on the website. The reason that Tawny even commented back on this was because there was nothing harsh, rude or insensitive about this post or the comments in the post. It seems that when we, as the main writers, express our opinions that someone will disagree with just one time they seem to have to pick a fight every time something is posted. We understand it’s the name of the game and can certainly take what we dish out but nothing was being dished out this time. Or the last time someone picked a fight with Tawny over a Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney post.
I realize you ladies let everyone express opinions, which is great. However, there is not really a need to come off as sort of rude and insensitive because of what a reader says. I think some of the replies by Twany in particular have come off as a bit too much…there are other ways to disagree with someone than saying they “need to get a sense of humor” or are “crazy.” I know that this is a blog and some of these comments probably come off as a bit harsher than they really are, but you still should keep in mind that readers are real people, too. We don’t deserve to be berated because of an opinion.
I think that people tend to forget that Tawny and I are real people to. We are constantly berated because of our likes and dislikes. Again, we know it comes with the territory and are able to take what we dish out but I think that Tawny has been really beat up over the last few months for little to no reason. I think she has been on the defense a bit more lately because of it. Everything that we do for CMTT is for fun. We are HUGE country music lovers and love what we do. We never mean to offend anyone. CMTT is a place for all music lovers to come talk, argue and dish. My favorite saying around here is we are going to agree to disagree. No one is going to like everyone…. if we liked everything in country music and didn’t dish the dirt around here we would not have as many visitors as we do. Believe me, we don’t post everything we see. A lot of what we see and read is UGLY and we choose not to go down that road when it’s not appropriate. (excuse any grammar or spelling mistakes…..my kids are home and it’s dinner time). : ) As far as spelling and grammar go, it’s HUGE and important but please remember that our main three writers (Country Girl, Tawny & Peggy Sue) are all mothers. We all have small children and other jobs to fullfil as well. This is our “fun” job that is our outlet to get away. We care so much about our readers that when news breaks we end up writing, cooking dinner and changing diapers all at the same time just to get you the news first. With that said, yes we make errors that we don’t always catch.
This is my last comment….We were called nasty witches…and…my comment said I would rather see Jimmy Wayne on a tractor lookin sexy than Kenny Chesney…Then I got called out for a spelling error, and rather harshly I might add… So, we can be put down and called names but can’t defend ourselves. I see how it is…so have at it…y’all have free reign….We get to post our post and then let everyone say whatever they want…good…bad…ugly…indifferent, then we have to just sit and take it. Fine. I thought the comment section was meant to go both ways, but obviously not. Oh well…I can be called a witch but can’t tell someone to get a sense of humor…There is quite a double standard here.
Twany, first off, I meant no disrespect from what I said, and I did not mean to offend you or make you angry. I hope that, even if we disagree, I can be seen as a respectful person- but one with an opinion. There are other things I would like to say as well- but because I don’t want to get on anyone’s nerves here I won’t.
