Seems as though Hillary Scott has a new piece of permanent jewelry…..a tattoo! We have all seen the cute music note tattoo that she has on her foot but thanks to Mandy we see that she now has the number 14 on her wrist.
Looks like she attemped to cover it up with those fashionable bracelets but they slipped a bit when her arms went in the air to uncover this……
Anyone know what it means?
