Carrie Underwood fans hoping that she would show up and surprise you this year at LP Field during CMA Fest are going to be disappointed. One of our readers sent me a text message that said it was confirmed at her Fan Club party this afternoon that she would NOT be performing. Unofficial but they think that she is leaving town for her mom’s birthday.
If you did want to get a little bit of Carrie in this week she will be at the City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game tomorrow night! You can still get your tickets!
i think that is false. i was at the fan club party too. carrie is scheduled to sign autographs at the exhibit hall until 5pm on thursday. and her mom’s birthday isnt until the 15th. she did say she was leaving town, but she still has time thursday or friday to perform. plus, do you really think she would be able to announce to 500+ people that she was a surprise guest, i doubt it.
I WAS a huge Carrie Underwood fan until I saw her in action at the Softball game! Yes she did sign for one day but the Entertainer of the year should have performed especially because she did not have a scheduled tour that week. Lets just say I joined her fan club and I no longer want to be a fan! At the game I had artist’s in my face signing autographs and Carrie stayed away. Not good, It’s way too early in the game for her to be acting like that!
