Luke Bryan Interview: “Do I?”, CMA Fest, and More!

Luke Bryan gave me a ring today, and I asked him about his new single “Do I?” and the video; as well as, his CMA Fest  plans….

Unfortunately, I had some technical difficulties and we missed the first minute or so of the interview.  I thanked Luke for calling and told him that we’ve posted a lot clips and promo’s for “Do I?.”  He actually said that he reads comments and is very appreciative of all the support and feedback.  Then we jumped right into “Do I?”  I told him it was getting rave reviews, and I asked him how the song came about…Basically, he ran the idea by Dave Haywood and Charles Kelley (from Lady Antebellum) and here’s what happened….

Luke was very polite…He even called me back because he was thought he said ‘thank you man’ when he hung-up, and he wanted to apologize…sayin he calls everyone man…Luke could call me anything he wants, but he actually called me baby.

You can see Luke’s CMA Fest Schedule here.  For more information visit www.LukeBryan.com and become a nuthouse member…that’s his fanclub y’all.

Love Do I? Hillary Scott really adds a lot in the backup too (I love her soulful voice). I hope they sing it together at CMAFest!
