We apologize for the lack of posting yesterday. Yesterday was a pretty scary day for people in our town of Murfreesboro, TN. Multiple tornados ripped through our city and did horrific damage to houses and businesses. Electricity is still out in a lot of the city and many families are left without a home this morning.
Emergency personnel are still going door to door in Murfreesboro, looking for residents who may be trapped in their homes.
Tawny and my families are doing good. Our homes were not damaged from the storms, however, everything around us seems to be a terrible mess.
Please keep the residents of Murfreesboro, TN in your thoughts and prayers over this Easter weekend.
Thank you to 103.3 WKDF for donating some of proceeds from their 10th annual Birthday Bash to victims of the tornados.
If you would like to donate to the victims of the tornados you can donate financially to the Heart of Tennessee chapter in Murfreesboro by calling 615-893-4272 or visiting www.midtnredcross.org.
