Last night was the end to the Paisley Party Tour.  Brad decided he wanted to end his tour in the town that he loves most – Nashville!  Tawny and I were lucky enough to be in the second row for the show. 

This concert had an amazing line up – Darius Rucker, Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley.  Really, I shouldn’t have to say anymore but you know I can’t leave you without details!

Darius Rucker started the show and if you follow us on Twitter you know that I think he is AMAZING!  There are really no other words to describe him.   He gave me goosebumps from my head to my toes when he sang “Let Her Cry”.   His entire 8 song get was high energy, fun and entertaining.  Darius DESERVES to be in country music and I can’t wait to get the chance to see him live again.  GO BUY HIS ALBUM.  It’s great from start to finish. **Tawny’s Two Cents:  Wow…I LOVED Darius.  He has a great energy with the crowd, and obviously loves performing.  He was silly and I noticed him making eye contact with people in the audience. **

Dierks rocked the stage next.  Talk about full of energy – Dierks looks like a kid with ADD running around the stage.  He could go ALL night!  We loved every minute of it!  I apologize I don’t remember the set list for Dierks but what I do remember is how remarkable the show was.  Dierks has a sense of humor that will match no others, his vocals are solid and he interacts with the crowd and can make you feel like you are the only one in the room.   I was a little disappointed that Dierks didn’t get to sing longer.  We were definitely not ready for him to leave the stage.  **Tawny’s Two Cents:  I loved Dierks!  I wish he would have sang a few more of the new album, but oh well.  He sang all his hits and it was great to see him take notice of several familiar faces in the audience.  He really connects with individuals, not just a sea of people.**

Something happened at the Sommet Center last night that I have NEVER seen before.  The security was nice!  They were accomodating and let the floor crowd around the stage and actually get out of their seats before Brad took the stage!  Tawny and I went from second row to stading front row on the middle catwalk and front stage!  

I will be totally honest with you.  I have never seen Brad Paisley live before.  I was not sure what to expect and really wasn’t sure if I was going to love his show (especially after seeing Darius and Dierks). 

Brad did NOT disappointed – the entire set from start to finish was exciting, full of jokes and memorable moments that I will have forever!  Watching Brad Paisley play guitar and tell stories with his music was magical.  He is proud of his music and as most people already know an unbelievable guitar player.  When I looked around at the people near me I knew that they were true fans.  They sang along to every word of every song and didn’t want to miss a single moment. **Tawny’s Two Cents- I was very entertained by Brad.  His musicianship is amazing!  He also really knows how to work all angles of the stage; yet be easy to follow (unlike Dierks who was all over the place LOL).**

This is probably the best lineup for a concert that I have EVER seen!  The concert was full of power, high energy and pure entertainment from start to finish.  It has left me wanting more!

UPDATE:  This is my Meet and Greet picture with Brad.  I will say that I LOVE that he does his meet and greets after the show – that way you don’t miss any of the opening acts BUT – I look like a hot mess in this picture!
