We realize that we don’t take our public forum here too seriously. We keep things around here light and airy. This is a fun place to vent your frustrations, laugh and share fun country music stories with each other. With that said we know there are ALWAYS two sides to every story.
We told you about the Kenny Chesney Playboy interview on stands now. I still think that what Kenny said about sleeping with over 100 women by 2001 was a bit over dramatic and not necessary BUT we have not read the entire interview article yet. The girls over at CMIL are trying to set the record straight. They say that the interview includes Kenny chatting candidly about his music, his fans, the economy, his responsibility to deliver a great show, his family, his friends, and the list goes on and on.

Thanks for the link ladies! As we’ve said in our piece, people will have their own opinions and that’s great – but we hope people are basing those opinions after reading the entire interview instead of taking the media’s spin on things. Just hoping people educate themselves before making judgements, that’s all – people are entitled to their own thoughts and opinions – we don’t try to disrespect anyone’s opinions no matter what they may be – we just hope they read the entire interview first! I read the entire article and still think he is gross for being to ographic about what he does with the ladies. We all know that it goes on but we don’t need it thrown in our faces. It makes me feel differently about him. No way around that.
I will be a fan of Kenny’s no matter what. He’s genuine, honest, and a wonderfully talented singer/songwriter. And I can’t leave out that he’s incredibly handsome – with or without the hat. There are some who don’t like him and they’re just using this interview as a reason to go off on him. Any true fan will still be a true fan.
