CMT has a GREAT video of Taylor Swifttalking about writing her new single, “Whitehorse”.  She discusses  losing faith in love, but still accepting love.  She talks about the juxtipostion of the “fairty tale” versus the “reality” of love, and coming to terms with the reality of who a person is versus who you think they are. 

I think Taylor has her head screwed on.  I also think it’s refreshing to have a young girl write about her experiences, and that those experiences are actually age appropriate.  Let’s face it, we all fall in love…young and old…and sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
