Brad Schmidt is reporting about the Jonas Brothers’ concert at the Ryman tonight. Apparently, after a hearty breakfast at The Pancake Pantry in Hillsboro Village, the Jonas Brothers serenaded 2,000 plus screaming tween girls. I for one can’t believe the Ryman is still standing. The building is a sacred venue in Nashville, and the walls are old…very very old….and I’m sure there is structural damage from the vibrations of the shrill screeching.
No matter what I think about the Jonas Brothers, either some of Nashville’s biggest stars see the talent of the trio, or maybe they are just cashing in on a new audience…but Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Michael W Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Amy Grant showed up as “special guests.” I do see the pull for a majority of these artists….they have teenage girls…being in the same room as the Jonas Brothers would move any parent immediately over to the cool list.
If any of y’all were there…shoot us an email. We’d love to hear all about it.

I wasn’t there, I am not really a fan (too old I guess) but just as a totally random observation, but how in the world is Joe’s hair straight? (unless he spends more time on it then I do)? I have never seen it curly like the other two’s. And it looks pretty natural. What’s up with that?
Hope the Ryman wasn’t damaged. And yes, all the artists with teenage kids are now the coolest. Bet they had to bring their kids’ entire schools with them.
Im not a fan either but my daughter is at 3 lol. Some songs are ok but its keith Urban for me!
