The Post Chronicle is reporting that since Miley has finally turned the “BIG adult age” of 16 she is a grown adult who doesn’t need her parents.

According to IDLYIT, Miley Cyrus is talking with her lawyer about filing a Petition of Emancipation form.  Rumors are saying it is so she will be able to freely date her 20 year old underwear model boyfriend Justin Gaston.

Wonder how Billy Ray is feeling about this.  I can’t believe that a judge would actually grant this petition.  It’s obvious that this little girl is incapable of taking care of herself.  Unfortunately, it also seems that her parents can’t take care of her either.

So everyone doesn’t jump by butt for posting this….FYI this is just a rumor.  Nothing has been filed yet……
