Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are selling their 10,500 sq. ft., 6 bedroom, 7.5 bath Beverly Park Mediterranean Village for a mere 14.8 mil. Are you in the market? Because you get a gym, pool and an extra 4 acres of land. The price tag? a mere $14.8 million.

As reported by the L.A. Times:

“The two-story entry features limestone floors, a large skylight and a wrap-around staircase. The master suite has his and her bathrooms; the “his” bathroom is, somewhat voyeuristically, open and connected to a state-of-the-art gym. The pool area is pretty spectacular, as is the kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances.”

Tim is said to be very annoyed that his lable has pumped out yet another greatest hits album, instead of a CD of his new music. I guess he and Faith are coming home to Nashville for good! Hooray!
