Now that he has his new Ferrari to impress the ladies, Joe Jonas has finally managed to land actress Camilla Belle. It is widely know that he had a major jones for her way before dating Taylor Swift. Hmmm, wonder if this had something to do with that 27 second phone call.  Just to back up my facts..
