TMZ.com is reporting that Miley Cyrus surprised Stephen Baldwin yesterday at a Nashville book signing. 

Apparently, Miley and Baldwin met last year at the White House, where the 15-year-old dared Baldwin to get Hannah Montana’s initials tattooed on him and in return she would let him appear on her Disney TV show since his daughters are huge fans of the series. 

Then yesterday Miley showed up at the Nashville book signing and Stephen showed off his “HM” tat and asked if he could cameo on her show, where of coarse she agreed. 

On a side note; guess who was with Miley at the book signing – her mom, her little sister and guess who?  Boyfriend Justin Gaston – ewwwwww!  Still gross – doesn’t get any less gross the more I hear about it.
