Because I can tell from your comments on the Miley and Justin post from yesterday…that you all want to know.  TMZ.com has a great new picture of what looks like our up to no good and far from perfect Miley Cyrus wearing a promise ring!

Think this 15 year old will keep her promise?  This is just gross………she is going to end up on the wrong side of the tracks with the making of a larger than life melt down that will end up with her in the hospital giving birth or in rehab.
