I remember seeing her at Fan Fair in 2001 and she was fantastic! She had a number of great songs and she was always rallying for women. Some of my favorite songs from the past are; Burn, I’m Alright, Bye Bye and Bring on the Rain. Most recently you would remember her hit song My Give a Damn’s Busted.
I am not sure what happened to her career. She disappeared at the top of her game and has a hard time coming back it seems. To get back in touch with her fans she has been doing appearances at K-marts around the Nashville area and is touring the casino circuit.
If you get the chance to see her check her out….if she still has the same energy that she had back then she will leave you wanting more. If any of you have seen her on tour or at Kmart lately leave us comments and let us know what you think.

We saw her at Kmart in Nashville and she was nice. I don’t like her music that much but I don’t know her old stuff just the new.
I saw her in Wendover, NV on 9/19/08. She was phenomenal! It was a great show. That girl has energy to spare. She has a new single that will be going to radio in March. It’s called Unmistakable. Her CD with the same title is expected to be released later next year as well. However, no release date has been set. But whenever it’s released, I’ll be buying it!
She performed at the Riverfront this year during the CMA Fest and she was great. We love her music, she looks great, and she put on a great show!
She still has that same energy and puts on an amazing show!! I am seeing her in Las Vegas 3 days in a row!!! It will be fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait for the new single and album!!!!

Jodee Messina is just awesome..that is all I have to say. she is an awesome person and performer. She has inspired me to beleive in myself and know that I can do anything.
I think she will come back with a fire. She is just to sweet also.
