TMZ.com is reporting that John Rich was involved in two fights over the last few days.

The first fight happened Wednesday night at the Saddle Ranch on the Sunset Strip, which is across the street from the Mondrian where Rich was staying.

Rich told cops he was minding his own business when a lady he was talking to went to the restroom — and suddenly he was socked in the ear by some random dude.

John made a citizen’s arrest and when the cops showed up, Chris Poggi — the alleged assailant — was arrested.

Then the next day…..well, early this morning

Rich was in the lobby of the Mondrian Hotel early this morning. An argument started between Rich and “two tattooed, large gentlemen” — and Rich swung a beer bottle hitting Montano in the face.   His nose was visibly broken and there was blood “all over the place.”

TMZ’s source on the scene said afterwards Montano was mumbling over and over again, “The little guy hit me.”

That is kinda funny….the little guy hit me.  You think John is ready to come home to Nashville yet? 

I know that everyone is reporting that it’s no surprise that he got in “another” fight but I am still going to stick up for him and say that he is nice to his fans.  When we met him he was not intimidating or an asshole at all.  I still like him!  Beer bottle throwin and all!
