I am so excited for Taylor Swift. We just got news that she will headline her own tour in 2009. We don’t have any dates set yet but we do know it will be early 2009 (she will finish traveling with Rascal Flatts in early November). We will keep you updated and let you know when we know more.
Taylor will do really well. I hadn’t seen her live until the CMA Fest – I liked her before then, but wasn’t blown away or anything – but after she performed at LP Field, she definitely made a connection. As far as performing and entertaining, she has “it.” It might take her some time to develop into it fully, but she’ll do well.
We think Taylor will do great to! I have seen on some other blogs that people think it’s too early for her to headline. I have been to three Rascal Flatts concerts now while she has opened and everyone is in their seat BEFORE she starts. She is an opening act you don’t want to miss.
