I guess Hollywood just isn’t good enough for the musically inclined anymore. The newest addition to Music City is Kevin Costner.

Although the album has yet to be named sources all of the net are saying that six of the 12 tracks were co-written by Costner and is set to hit stores on November 11.

My friend Tanya said it best:
Maybe since the movie “Swing Vote” has proved to not be the blockbuster everyone thought it would during this critical election year…Costner has decided to break into the country music business…He probably figures….it worked for Jessica Simpson….right?

The video below is from about five months ago. It starts out really shaky but gets a little bit better. I am totally not sold on the crossover though. Not sure that it’s any better than a fun night out at a bar with lots of drinking!
